Petron earlier stated it planned to build a further 250 carrier stations in the Philippines and Malaysia within 2016. To date, there are 2,800 Petron stations within the two international locations.
The company additionally plans to put up 12 carrier stations along the 88.85-kilometer Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway, upgrade its Port Dickson refinery in Malaysia, and rebrand Exxon Mobil stations also in Malaysia.
